Just south of Hidden Valley on the east side of Granite Bay lies the Lakeland subdivision. Some of Granite Bay's more affordable real estate can be found in Lakeland. Expect to find three and four bedroom homes built in the 1970s on lots generally between one quarter acre to one half acre.
